Due to ongoing travel restrictions, we may make further revisions. We will continue to steadily increase passenger flying throughout the second half of 2020, with a further, gradual recovery through 2021 in line with customer demand.

As a reminder, IATA accredited Travel Agents are required to follow IATA standards for Flight Disruption which includes asking each passenger whether they wish to have their contact details provided to Virgin Atlantic, and other airlines in the itinerary, so that we are able to contact them in the event of flight disruption. Customers who choose not to provide their contact details may not receive information relating to flight disruption.

Terminal Changes

We will be flying our customers temporarily to and from London Heathrow Terminal 2. Due to the ongoing disruption globally, there are terminal changes and differences in experience around the world. Please click here for  for the latest airport information.
