VS Bulletin - Interline Agreement Withdrawal - Kulula (MN)

We need to let you know that with immediate effect we have withdrawn our interline agreement with Kulula (MN). 

 

We are offering customers travelling on Virgin Atlantic (932) that involve MN flights and ticketed prior to 11 May 2020, the option to rebook onto a Comair (BA) flight at no extra charge

Rebooking

 

Rebook travel in the same cabin using the applicable classes above.  No additional collection or change fee will be charged.

 

Update the SI field with the following information:

SI FOC CHNGE DUE TO MN INT AGR

Please reissue tickets to include “FOC CHNGE DUE TO MN INT AGR”.

 

 

Refund Policy

 

 Refund will be processed to the original form of payment

 

  • Refunds applicable for GRJ and ELS sectors when new ticket has been booked with FA or JE
  • Refunds must be processed via BSP as we have temporarily removed automatic refunds via GDS
  • Update the SI field with the following information:

SI REFUND DUE TO MN INT AGR

The revised process means it may take longer than usual to provide the refund and we are grateful for your patience.
